Introducing Voice Commerce: Hindi Voice-to-Cart on WhatsApp

What Is Voice Commerce?
Voice Commerce is msg10x's new feature that lets customers complete an entire purchase journey using WhatsApp voice messages — in Hindi, English, or Hinglish. Here's how a typical interaction works:
- Customer sends: "Mujhe ek blue color ka size medium t-shirt chahiye" (voice message)
- msg10x's AI transcribes, extracts intent, and finds matching products from your catalog
- Bot replies with a product card + "Add to Cart" button
- Customer says "haan, yeh wala" (yes, this one) → Item added to cart
- Bot sends UPI payment link → Customer pays → Order placed
The entire flow takes 90 seconds on average.

How to Enable It
Voice Commerce is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. To enable:
- Go to AI → Voice Commerce in your msg10x dashboard
- Connect your product catalog (Shopify, WooCommerce, or CSV upload)
- Set language preferences and fallback behavior
- Activate and test with a sample voice message
Early Results
In beta with 12 brands, Voice Commerce drove a 23% higher conversion rate versus text-based product discovery — and a 41% higher AOV (Average Order Value) because customers were more willing to ask about premium products vocally than to type a detailed search.
