Step-by-Step Integration
Step 1: Install the msg10x Shopify App
Go to the Shopify App Store → search "msg10x" → Install. Grant the required permissions (read orders, read customers, write metafields).
Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp Number
In the msg10x Shopify app settings, click "Connect WhatsApp" and follow the Facebook Business Manager flow. Your number will be connected within 5 minutes.
Step 3: Enable Automation Triggers
In msg10x → Automations → Shopify, you'll see pre-built triggers:
