Free Trial

No Risk
  • Your 14-day free trial is completely free β€” no credit card required, no charges whatsoever.
  • Cancel anytime during the trial and you will never be billed.
  • At trial end, your account moves to a limited free tier β€” it is not auto-charged. Upgrading requires your explicit action.

Monthly Plans

Cancel Anytime
  • Monthly subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the current month once a billing period has started, as you retain full access for the remainder of the period.
  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing month.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing date.

Annual Plans

Pro-Rated Refund
  • If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of your most recent annual charge, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months.
  • Refund calculation: (Annual fee Γ· 12) Γ— unused full months remaining.
  • Cancellations after 30 days of the annual charge are not eligible for a refund, but your access continues until the annual period ends.
  • WhatsApp conversation overage charges are non-refundable as they represent actual usage billed by Meta.

Special Circumstances

Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 business days if:

  • Technical failure: A platform outage or critical bug prevented you from using the Service for more than 24 consecutive hours and was not resolved within 48 hours.
  • Double charge: You were billed more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorised charge: A charge was made to your payment method that you did not authorise, subject to verification.
  • Plan mismatch: You were charged for a higher plan than you selected due to a system error.

What to include in your request:

  • Your registered email address
  • Invoice number or transaction ID (found in Settings β†’ Billing)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting screenshots or error reports

Refund to your account

5–7 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking). Razorpay processing timelines may vary by bank.

A few more things

  • Refunds are processed in INR to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account.
  • WhatsApp API conversation charges billed by Meta are non-refundable.
  • Add-on purchases (custom integrations, dedicated support) follow the terms in their separate agreements.
  • msg10x reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
  • This policy is subject to change. The version at the time of purchase governs your refund eligibility.
